Ingredients
- 22 NILLA Wafers, crushed (about 3/4 cup)
- 0.5 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. brick cream cheese, (8 oz.), softened
- 0.75 cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix, (3.9 oz.)
- 1.75 cups milk, cold
Putting it together
- 1.Heat oven to 375°F.
- 2.Mix wafer crumbs, nuts and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min.; cool.
- 3.Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup whipped topping; spread onto bottom of crust. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.; spoon over cream cheese layer.
- 4.Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Top with remaining whipped topping just before serving.
