Mini OREO Dirt Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Mini OREO Cookie, (1 oz. each)s (about 18 cookies), divided
  • 4 pretzel sticks
  • 2 tsp. white cookie icing, divided
  • 4 sprinkles, flower-shaped
  • 4 containers chocolate pudding snack, (3.875 oz. each) refrigerateds
  • 1 tsp. sprinkles, green

Putting it together

  1. 1.<p>Twist 4 cookies to separate tops from bottoms of cookies.&nbsp; Place 1 end of 1 pretzel stick on filling on each of 4 of the cookie halves; secure with small dabs of the cookie icing.&nbsp; Cover with remaining cookie halves to reassemble cookie sandwiches, gently pressing top cookie halves into pretzel-covered cookie bottoms to secure.&nbsp;</p>
  2. 2.<p>Use remaining cookie icing to attach 1 flower sprinkle to outside of each pretzel-filled cookie sandwich.&nbsp; Let stand 10 min.&nbsp;</p>
  3. 3.<p>Crush remaining cookies into coarse crumbs; spoon over pudding snacks.&nbsp; Top with green sprinkles.</p>
  4. 4.<p>Insert stems of cookie flowers into tops of dirt cups before serving.&nbsp;</p>

Tips and Tricks

Substitute: <p>Prepare recipe using yogurt snack cups or another flavor of pudding snacks, such as butterscotch or vanilla.</p>
Special Extra: <p>Top each prepared dirt cup with 1 or 2 mini gummy worms before serving.</p>
Walking Dirt Cups: <p>Omit pretzel sticks, cookie icing and flower-shaped sprinkles.&nbsp; For each serving, use 1 pkg. Mini OREO Cookies and 1 chocolate pudding snack.&nbsp; Use your hands to lightly crush cookies in each unopened cookie package.&nbsp; Cut thin slice off top of bag. Open bag, then spoon pudding over crumbs in bag. Top with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping and 1/4 tsp. green sprinkles.</p>
