Mini OREO Ice Cream Bites

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mini OREO Cookies, divided
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1½ qt. (6 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Putting it together
- 1.
Reserve 16 cookies for later use. Crush remaining cookies into fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add butter; mix well.

Press crumb mixture onto bottom of foil-lined 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- 3.
Spread ice cream over crust; top with reserved cookies.
- 4.
Freeze 2 hours before cutting dessert into bite-size pieces to serve.
Tips and Tricks
Special Extra:
Top dessert with 2 tsp. multi-colored sprinkles before freezing. Or for a special treat, use sprinkles in the color of your child's sports team.
Substitute:
Prepare this fun dessert using your family's favorite flavor of ice cream, such as vanilla-caramel swirl. Or, substitute frozen yogurt or light ice cream for the vanilla ice cream.
