No-Bake OREO Bars

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 10 OREO Cookies, chopped
  • 0.33 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.5 tsp. vanilla

Putting it together

  1. 1.Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. 2.Bring sugar, honey and butter to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook 2 min. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  3. 3.Add to oat mixture; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. 4.Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting into bars.

Tips and Tricks

Jazz it Up: Drizzle dessert with 1/4 cup melted chocolate before refrigerating as directed.
