OREO Brookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (18 to 20 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
  • 26 OREO Cookies
  • 1 pkg. (17.5 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies

Putting it together

  1. 1.

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2.

    Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

    Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; pour into prepared pan. 

  4. 4.

    Place OREO Cookies in single layer over batter. Bake 10 min.

  5. 5.

    Crumble sugar cookie dough over partially baked brownie batter.

  6. 6.

    Bake 15 to 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.)

  7. 7.

    Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan before cutting to serve.

Prepare using your favorite variety of refrigerated cookie dough, such as peanut butter.
