OREO Caramel Clusters

Ingredients

  • 60 Mini OREO Cookies
  • 28 caramels
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

Putting it together

  1. 1.
    Arrange cookies, in 20 clusters of 3 cookies each, on large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

    Cook caramels and water in small saucepan on medium-low heat until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly.

    Spoon caramel sauce over cookie clusters, adding about 1 tsp. sauce to each cluster. Drizzle evenly with melted chocolate. Let stand until firm.

Tips and Tricks

Special Extra:Sprinkle a few pecan pieces over each cluster immediately after drizzling with the melted chocolate. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
How to Store:Store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 1 week before serving.
