OREO Cookie Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 cups day-old French breadcubes (1 inch)
- 16 OREO Cookies, quartered
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Putting it together
- 1.Heat oven to 350°F.
- 2.Combine bread cubes and cookies in large bowl.
- 3.Whisk remaining ingredients until well blended. Add to bread mixture; toss to evenly coat. Pour into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- 4.Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is set. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Substitute:Prepare using any other kind of day-old white bread cubes.
