Ingredients
- 25 Gluten Free OREO Cookies, divided
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, (8 oz.), softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
- ½ tsp. salt
- 8 Gluten Free OREO Cookies on top for decorations
Putting it together
Base
Crumble 17 OREO Cookies with melted butter.
Flatten on an 8-inch cake pan and line with 8 OREO Cookies.
Set in the fridge for a few hours.
Filling
Mix cream cheese, sugar, cream and salt together.
Add filling mixture to the cheesecake base and flatten.
Top with 8 crumbled OREO Gluten Free Cookies and enjoy!
