OREO Gluten-Free Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 25 Gluten Free OREO Cookies, divided
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, (8 oz.), softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 8 Gluten Free OREO Cookies on top for decorations

Putting it together

  1. Base

    Crumble 17 OREO Cookies with melted butter.

  2. Flatten on an 8-inch cake pan and line with 8 OREO Cookies.

  3. Set in the fridge for a few hours.

  4. Filling

    Mix cream cheese, sugar, cream and salt together.

  5. Add filling mixture to the cheesecake base and flatten.

  6. Top with 8 crumbled OREO Gluten Free Cookies and enjoy!
