- 20 OREO Cookies, coarsely chopped
- 1 qt. (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
Putting it together
- 1.Stir chopped cookies into ice cream.
- 2.Spoon into freezer container.
- 3.Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
Tips and Tricks
Size-Wise:Enjoy a serving, 1/2 cup, of this cool dessert on occasion.
Special Extra:Cut 3 additional OREO Cookies into quarters. Use to garnish each serving of OREO Ice Cream along with a gumdrop just before serving.
Variation:Prepare using DOUBLE STUF OREO Cookies and/or your favorite flavor of ice cream.
