OREO Mocha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. instant espresso
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 <a href=" https://www.snackworks.com/brands/oreo/">OREO Cookies</a>, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. thawed frozen whipped topping

Putting it together

  1. 1.

    Drizzle chocolate syrup down inside of glass.  Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Microwave milk in microwaveable measuring cup on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until hot. Carefully pour into blender container.

  3. 3.

    Add sugar, cocoa powder, instant espresso, cinnamon and 1 cookie to blender container with milk; blend until cookie is finely crushed and mixture is well blended.

  4. 4.

    Pour into prepared glass. Top with whipped topping and remaining cookie.

Variation:

Prepare recipe using your favorite variety of non-dairy milk, such as almond, oat or walnut milk, and/or substituting instant coffee for the instant espresso..
