OREO Peanut Butter Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 8 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 12 OREO Cookies, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup lightly salted peanuts
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) white baking chocolate, chopped
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

Putting it together

  1. 1.

    Cover baking sheet with parchment; set aside.

    Combine popcorn, chopped cookies and nuts in large bowl. 

  3. 3.

    Microwave white chocolate and peanut butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec.  Stir until well blended.

    Drizzle over popcorn mixture; toss to evenly coat popcorn mixture with chocolate mixture.  

  5. 5.

    Spread onto prepared baking sheet; cool completely.
