RITZ Bits and Mini OREO Smash-Up Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups RITZ Bits Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Mini OREO Cookies
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups air-popped popcorn
Putting it together
- 1.Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
- 2.Combine RITZ Bits and cookies.
- 3.Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; stir to evenly coat marshmallows with butter. Microwave 1 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
- 4.Reserve 1/2 cup RITZ Bits mixture for later use. Add remaining RITZ Bits mixture to melted marshmallow mixture along with the popcorn; mix well.
- 5.Press popcorn mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle with reserved RITZ Bits mixture; press gently into popcorn mixture to secure. Cool completely.
- 6.Use foil handles to remove popcorn mixture from pan before cutting into bars.

Substitute:Prepare using Mini Golden OREO Cookies.
Special Extra:Prepare recipe as directed. Immediately top with 2 Tbsp. sprinkles; press gently into popcorn mixture to secure. Use sprinkles that are themed for your specific celebration, such as red and green for Christmas; pastel for Easter; red, white and blue for Independence Day; or the colors of your favorite sports team for any sporting events.
